Hello. My name is Otis and I work with non-profits, corporations, local entrepreneurs, artists and your everyday website owner, designing, building and maintaining web sites that range from single stand-alone pages to large e-commerce solutions.
With competitive rates and a network of graphic designers, illustrators, and animators, I transform visual designs into fully functional, user-friendly, and elegant HTML, XHTML and CSS (that complies with W3C standards).
Past experience includes: Implementation and configuration of forms, lists, blogs, forums, calendars and galleries. Creation, conversion, or updating of proprietary Content Management Systems. Merchant account and shopping cart setup with product additions. Integration of flash and embedded video content. Encoding to various audio and video formats for streaming and/or downloading. Working with PHP, Perl, CGI, and JavaScript to achieve desired web application results. Complete QA on multiple browsers and platforms as a part of the production process.
